     " For so very long the face that stared back at me from my mirror horrifed me. I couldnt accept the way my  face had changed . There were so many sitautions I would avoid. It is truly amazing how the way I felt about myself coloured all other aspects of my life. I would walk in the shadows and always be at the back, avoiding the lime light.
